This beer’s name is a reference to Volksfest, German for “people’s festival”, a large event in German speaking countries that usually combines a beer festival and a traveling fair. Now if that doesn’t sound like a good time then we don’t know what does! This traditional German style Marzan lager is brewed at the end of summer to prepare for the Oktoberfest celebrations. You can expect a smooth, malt richness on the nose, moderate hop bitterness and subtle sweetness on the palate, with a slightly dry finish.
